The Black Cossack Top Two-Piece, as the name suggests, is a black two-piece suit designed in a karate style, featuring a herringbone pattern that runs from the collar down to the end of the chest. The long-sleve suit is finished with a black button in each sleeve. According to Edvarsen and Larsen (2011) "This suit also has a small loop that keeps the bottom of the breast opening together" (p.22). This 'loop' may be difficult to appreciate at first, but in this photo, it appears that both sides of the garment are secured together with a textile or a non-metal hook and eye closure, preventing it from opening.

The black pants feature a simple design and are made from the same fabric as the top, with no kick pleats at the bottom of the legs.

Accessories
Elvis wore this two-piece suit with a black karate-style belt that also featured the herringbone pattern, complete with fairly long fringes on both ends.
